Our transport team will contact you about two weeks before delivery, to arrange a convenient day and time that suits your schedule perfectly.
Safe Packaging
All units are shrink-wrapped and rigid; please carefully contact us in advance if you anticipate any doorway or space issues during collection or transport.
Report Damage
Items are checked carefully at delivery; it is important to report any shortages or damages within 24 hours to ensure proper support.
Delivery Inspection
If not fitting immediately, take your time to inspect all items carefully after delivery to ensure everything arrived safely and in perfect condition.
Load & Collect (New Service)
Our new Load & Collect service helps customers outside our delivery area by coordinating vehicle size and securely loading your kitchen for an efficient return trip, often cheaper than local alternatives.
Available for customers beyond our standard delivery zones.
Customers can use local “Man and Van” services if preferred.
